G.  How much do you charge
A.  There are many factors that determine the overall cost of cleaning each home, that is why we offer Free in Home Estimates. 
As example, a average home cost $120.00 to $160.00 for a bi-weekly service.
Q.  Do I need to sign a contract?
A.  No!  We feel that if someone is not happy with the service, that they should be able to cancel and time they wish.  All we ask is for 24 hour notice.
Q.  What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning that was done?
A.  We advise all our customers to discuss their concerns with the supervisor of the team, as well as our office. If something is missed or not done to your satisfaction, we will send the team back to redo what was not done right or offer a 10% discount if not able to come back to correct the problem.
Q.  What should I do if something is broken while your team is cleaning?
A.  Accidents do occur!  If our staff is aware of any damage the supervisor will make out a damage form and leave a copy for you and take a copy to the office. Call our office and we will be glad to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
Q.  What if I need to cancel my appointment?
A.  There are times when it is beyond anyone's control.  The only thing we ask is that you please notify our office as soon as possible.  We request a least 24 Hrs notice, but sometimes it is beyond one's control.  However if it becomes a habit we will need to asses a lock out charge of 50% of the cost of cleaning to help pay the staff wages.
Q.  Are you members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB)?
A.  Yes!  Daisy Maid is proud to be a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau sine 1988.
Q.  How is payment made for services renered?
A.  Payment is made when you are satisfied that the job is done right.  Most of our lients make payment each time our staff come to your residence and payment is for the previous visit,  We accept Visa, Master Card, cheack and Cash (not recommened).
Q.When I call your office will I get an answering service or voice mail?
A.  During our regular office hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm) our telephones are answered by our manager or office staff.  Voice mail is activated after hours or when someone is on the line already.  You can leave a message and your call will be returned promptly or the following business day.
Q. Are your employees insured?
A.  Yes!  Our employees are fully covered under our insurance, which is provided by State Farm Insurance which is a renowned and trustworthly name in the insurance idustry.  We are also covered by Workers Compensation Bureau.
Q. Do you always send the same persons?
A.  We try to send the same team who is familiar with your home, however that is not always possible.  Due to illness or holiday's or lack of staff we may have to send out other staff members.  In this field a high turnover is not uncommon.  We have a good track record in keeping our employess around.
Q.  What is your availability?
A.  Our office is open Mon - Fri 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.  We do asnyware from 3 to 6 homes a day per team.  The only time that is basically guaranteed is the first appointment of the day, which is 8:00 am.  All other appointments are approximate times.  If a team will be more that 30 minutes late, they are required to contact you and advise you as to their time of arrival at your home.
Q.  Can I feel secured that my key will not be in the hands of every employee?
A.  The supervisor of each team is in charge of your key.  She is responsible for the security of your key and it is kept in the binder.  The key is then removed only by the maid to open or lock your door,
Q.  What happens if my key is lost?
A.  In over 33 years we have been accepting keys for customers homes, we have only lost keys a few times.  However, accidents do occur.  We will do what ever action you would like us to take.
Q.  What happens if I can't be home during toses hours?  Can I give you a Key?
A.  Many of our customers are working people that just don't have enough time in the day to do everything.  They also appreciate coming home to a clean house and enjoy not being there while our employees are cleaning.  Most supply us with a key to their home.  This key is numbered.  There is no name or address on the keys.
Q.  Will the team clean the in/out of my oven/refrigerator. Is there an extra charge?
A.  As part of our regular cleaning, the outside of all appliances is cleaned thoroughly.  If you would like the inside of these appliances cleaned you would just need to inform the office so we can book the extra time needed to do the tasks.  One time cleaning only pay for the time it takes.  we do clean the inside of the microware as part of our regular service.
Q.  What kind of cleaning supplies do you use, and vacuum cleaner?
A.  Our regular clients supply the cleaning compounds that they wish us to use in their home. This greatly reduces potential allergies and other problems.  We do supply the vacuum cleaner, but can use yours if you wish.
